3. Privacy Statement

  1. Identity: Pyroworks is not a company, therefor the address details of Pyroworks are not being shared. To contact regarding privacy, please e-mail Pyroworks.

  2. Purpose: For the security and optimizing of the Pyroworks website, Pyroworks is saving these details of you by each visit. This data is as much as possible anonimous.

    • IP address
    • Origin of the IP address
    • Wich page you are accessing
    • When and for how long your visit is
    • The browser you are using
    • The operating system you are using
    • The screen size of your browser
    • The brand name of the device you are using

    When you have set the option in your browser to "I do not want to be tracked" (DoNotTrack is enabled), then Pyroworks will not track these visits. Click here for more information.

    When you visit Pyroworks, the tracking software Piwik will not use the full IP address (such as 123.45.67.89) but instead it will anonymise it first (to 123.45.67.0). IP address anonymisation is one of the requirements set by the privacy laws in some countries such as Germany.

    The brand name of the device you are using only applies if you are using a smartphone. This information is acquired via the User Agent.

  3. Cookies: For each session a temporary cookie is being saved on your device. When leaving this website, this session cookie will be automaticly destroyed. Pyroworks is using 3rd-party services and these service could be saving cookies. These are the 3rd-party services Pyroworks is using.

    • Google Analytics: A web analyse service from Google Inc.. Google Analytics is using cookies to help Pyroworks to analyse user behaviour. The cookie with your details (including your IP address) are being send and kept saved on the servers of Google in the United States of America.
      Google Analytics will be removed on the last day of January 2017.

    • Google reCAPTCHA: A security service from Google Inc..

    • Piwik Analytics: An open source web analytics software, hosted on the server of Pyroworks in The Netherlands.

    • YouTube: A Google company, providing an online distribution platform for videos. Videos created, and uploaded by Pyroworks are embeded from YouTube. Cookies could be send and kept saved on the servers of YouTube in the United States of America.

    • Vimeo: A social service for uploading and sharing videos online. Videos created, and uploaded by Pyroworks are embeded from Vimeo. Cookies could be send and kept saved on the servers of Vimeo in the United States of America.

    • SoundCloud: Social sound platform where anyone can create sounds and share them everywhere. Pyroworks is embedding content from SoundCloud. Cookies could be send and kept saved on the servers of SoundCloud in Germany.

    • OpenStreetMap: OpenStreetMap is built by a community of mappers that contribute and maintain data about roads, trails, caf├ęs, railway stations, and much more, all over the world. Pyroworks uses map data from OpenStreetMap. Cookies could be send to OpenStreetMap.

  4. Inspection: You have the right to see the collected data of you at anytime. Pyroworks will ask a small fee of 15 euro per request of an inspection. For more information and aplying a request, please e-mail Pyroworks.
